Rachel Barnett, CLO with IEX. Courtesy photo After leading Brooks Brothers through bankruptcy during the COVID-19 pandemic, the venerable clothier's top lawyer has parted ways with the company to take over as the general counsel at stock exchange operator IEX Group Inc.
Rachel Barnett began her new job earlier this month at New York-based IEX, which operates the Investors Exchange, a national U.S. stock exchange that launched in 2016. IEX was created to combat predatory trading practices and features prominently in Michael Lewis' book, "Flash Boys: A Wall Street Revolt," about high-frequency trading.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
