After nearly eight years at Wells Fargo & Co.’s legal department, Dan Meade has walked away from the bank and his role as managing counsel. He’s at least the third lawyer to leave Wells Fargo and return to private practice since February. 

Meade has joined Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft as a partner in the firm’s financial regulatory practice in Washington, D.C.
