Former Radisson Hospitality Inc. general counsel Jenny Lindstrom has checked out of the hotel industry to serve as the first chief legal officer for health care technology company Mitesco Inc.
"I think there are more similarities between hospitality and health care than one may think, at first blush," Lindstrom said. "Hospitality is about serving the consumer, and health care is finally ready to recognize the essential role the consumer plays in health care—after all, it is their health."
