A former Brigham Young University general counsel, Thomas Griffith, and a former NARAL Pro-Choice America general counsel, Caroline Fredrickson, will serve on President Joe Biden’s new presidential commission on the Supreme Court of the United States.

The commission will provide an analysis of the arguments for and against Supreme Court reform. The commission will consider range from the genesis of the reform debate, the court’s role in the constitutional system, the length of service, the turnover of justices, the size of the court, through the court’s case selection, rules and practices.
