Matthew Wilson, Associate General Counsel, EMEA & APAC at Uber, is set to leave the technology company to become General Counsel at Fremantle in August.

London-based multinational television production and distribution company Fremantle announced today the appointment of former Uber Associate General Counsel, EMEA & APAC, Matthew Wilson as general counsel.
Wilson, who will report directly to Global CEO Jennifer Mullin, will lead the global legal teams and have a seat on the Executive Board and Investment Committee. His official start date will be Aug. 2.
