Two of the three law firms that represented a pair of former MiMedx Group Inc. executives and later sued for millions in unpaid legal fees have settled with the biotech company. 

In resolving the case, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Kobre & Kim clarified that they never intended to “make … a charge of deception against MiMedx or its general counsel, Butch Hulse.”
