It’s now been over a year since the world was turned inside out and upside down by COVID-19.  As we continue to adapt to the new reality, resilience has become a buzz word.  But what does it mean?  More importantly, what do we do?

Resilience is not all or nothing, and surviving adversity does not make us resilient.  Rather, resilience is a skill we build over time with practice.  The practice of resilience is what gives it power.
