E-discovery talent and e-discovery technology often walk hand-in-hand. Neither works very well without the other, while both can more often than not create headaches for legal departments trying to maintain a coherent approach to data management. For example, in-house teams are dealing with a whole host new of data sources, whether it's Slack or even a simple text message. While technology can help attorneys simplify these new e-discovery demands, even the smartest piece of AI still requires the assist of potentially hard to find data scientists.
