During the 17 years that Eva Almirantearena has worked in the legal department at Intel Corp., the Silicon Valley tech giant has unveiled several major diversity and inclusion initiatives, including new guidelines for outside counsel.

Almirantearena joined Intel in 2004, when the company first teamed up with dozens of other corporations and called for real action to move the needle on diversity.
