Microsoft’s Dev Stahlkopf will serve as Cisco’s new chief legal officer starting Aug. 2, the telecommunications company announced Tuesday.

Washington-based Stahlkopf, who has also been named an executive vice president at Cisco, was most recently general counsel at Microsoft. In 2019, she was named to Fast Company’s “Most Creative People” list for her efforts in overhauling Microsoft’s paid leave policy for contractors.
