Google isn't shying away from talking about litigation filed against it Wednesday. Instead, a lawyer and top public policy leader at the tech giant wrote a blog post about the allegations of anticompetitive conduct, alleging Google's Play Store policies are actually good for business.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California by Utah, North Carolina, New York and Tennessee, backed by 32 other states and the District of Columbia. They allege that Google's Play Store uses its market power to force software developers away from other app distribution platforms.
