General counsel often boast about pushing law firms to employ more diverse legal teams — without discussing how they lead their own organization’s diversity efforts.
But legal leaders of Exelon Corp., IKEA North America and Fidelity National Financial recently discussed how they also seek diversity and inclusion from within. They spoke on a panel at the Philadelphia Bar Association’s summer quarterly conference Wednesday.
