Bank of America on Friday announced a slew of changes on the horizon for its leadership team, including the appointment of a new global general counsel.

Lauren Mogensen is set to take over the global GC seat at the start of 2022, succeeding David Leitch, who on Friday announced that he will retire in 2022. Mogensen will be responsible for overseeing the company’s legal functions around the world.
