Private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners has appointed Fola Adamolekun as general counsel, hiring her away from J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management.

The New York-based private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners LLC has appointed Fola Adamolekun, a former executive at J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, as general counsel and chief compliance officer.
At New York-based J.P. Morgan, Adamolekun served as executive director and deputy general counsel of Global Alternatives, leading the Asset Management Alternatives Solutions and Private Bank Alternatives Investments groups.
