The C-suite hiring spree at Silicon Valley-based health tech startup Transcarent Inc. continued this week with the appointment of former JPMorgan Chase & Co. executive and in-house leader Erica Davila as legal chief. 

She will oversee legal, compliance and regulatory issues while reporting to Transcarent CEO Glen Tullman, who joined the company earlier this year. In the past month, Transcarent also has hired a chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
