Heather McManus has been with the American Kennel Club for more than 28 years. After serving the last five as vice president and deputy general counsel, she became general counsel this month.
"I love the camaraderie that I feel being part of [the American Kennel Club]," she said in an interview with Corporate Counsel. "Everyone is passionate about what they do, and we're all working towards the same goals—preserving the integrity of the sport, registry and being an advocate for all dogs, responsible breeders and owners."
