Liegl brings an extensive background in corporate governance, compliance and mergers and acquisitions to JustAnswer. He most recently was general counsel at Life360, a location-sharing app targeting families. Before that, he was Pandora’s general counsel for almost a decade.

Earlier in his career, Liegl was corporate counsel at JDS Uniphase, an attorney at Latham & Watkins and Morrison & Foerster and a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting.

San Francisco-based JustAnswer also has added Michael Gutkowski as chief of staff, a newly created role. He’ll be responsible for managing many internal and operational responsibilities previously handled by CEO and founder Andy Kurtzig, who will continue to lead the company.
