NewAge Inc., a direct-to-consumer marketer of healthy and organic products, has appointed Jennifer Grafton general counsel.
Grafton, who also will be senior vice president, joins NewAge from E2open Parent Holdings, an Austin, Texas-based software firm, where she was senior vice president, associate general counsel and assistant secretary.
