Former Coinbase Inc. chief legal officer and ex-financial regulator Brian Brooks has taken over as CEO of Bitcoin mining giant Bitfury.
Brooks joins the Amsterdam-based crypto tech company following a brief stint as CEO of crypto exchange Binance.US. He resigned after about three months on the job, writing on Twitter that he quit because of "differences over strategic direction."

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
