Online used-car retailer Shift Technologies Inc., which is growing at a blazing rate, has appointed Ryan Lawrence as general counsel.
Lawrence has more than 15 years of legal leadership experience, most recently at the real estate brokerage giant Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as deputy general counsel. He was previously a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group at Mayer Brown.
