General Counsel and In House CounselFinancialForce, a San Francisco-based maker of enterprise resource management software, hired Allen Seto as chief legal officer.
Until this month, Seto was senior vice president, general counsel and corporate legal secretary at wide area network product company Silver Peak. Seto guided the Santa Clara, California-based company's sale to Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. for $925 million last September.
