Exterro this month named prominent discovery expert Jenny Hamilton as its first-ever general counsel, a role that will put her over the company's HR and legal teams while also allowing her to share her expertise with the sales and engineering teams.
Beaverton, Oregon-based Exterro is a provider governance, risk and compliance, or GRC, software. Hamilton comes to the job with more than 15 years of in-house experience, most recently as deputy general counsel at legal services firm HaystackID. Previously, she spent more than a decade at John Deere, where she led its global evidence team, building its e-discovery, investigations and cross-border discovery practice.
