The parent company of Spanish fashion retailer Zara has rejigged its top legal brass, as its incumbent general counsel has been appointed chief executive officer.
Inditex’s head of legal and deputy secretary of the board of directors, Javier Moteoliva, has been promoted to general counsel and secretary of the board, according to a company statement on Tuesday.
