Six Flags Entertainment Corp. disclosed Friday that it has eliminated its general counsel role, a move that is leading to the departure of Laura Doerre after 20 months in the job.

The move is the latest executive shakeup at Arlington Texas-based Six Flags, which announced Nov. 15 that Michael Spanos was leaving as CEO after two years in the job. The company replaced him with board member Selim Bassoul.
