Real estate fintech startup Reali’s first ever general counsel, Delma Locke, has gravitated to disruptive companies throughout her legal career. She arrived at Apple Inc. shortly after the company unleashed the iPhone on the world. Later, she joined Uber Technologies Inc. just ahead of its blockbuster IPO. 

Now, in her first legal chief role, Locke is building the legal, compliance and regulatory functions for Reali, a Silicon Valley-based company that launched in 2016.
