Timothy Martin, the general counsel of billionaire investor Ron Perelman's holding company, has joined litigation boutique firm Kaplan Hecker & Fink as partner.
Martin has spent more than a decade at Perelman's company, New York-based MacAndrews & Forbes Inc., which owns a diverse array of businesses—from the cosmetics company Revlon to the heavy vehicle manufacturer AM General. He's been general counsel since 2020.
