Ripple general counsel Stu Alderoty hasn’t shied away from expressing his displeasure with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which sued his crypto company in 2020.

Alderoty logged onto Twitter earlier this week and accused the SEC of playing the “delay card” while the agency’s chairman, Gary Gensler, made hypocritical remarks about the importance of “bringing matters to resolution swiftly” during a speech on enforcement priorities.
