Fanatics Holdings Inc., a sports licensing powerhouse that recently bought the Topps trading card business, has hired Shiri Ben-Yishai as general counsel.

Ben-Yishai joins Jacksonville, Florida-based Fanatics from billionaire investor Ronald Perelman’s MacAndrews & Forbes, which owns Revlon and other brands. She had become chief legal officer there in 2000 following the departure of longtime GC Timothy Martin. Before her promotion, she was vice president of law and deputy general counsel.
