Artificial intelligence-enabled pharmaceutical company Atomwise has appointed Jeffrey Cerio to the newly created role of general counsel.
Cerio, who will also serve as corporate secretary, joins San Francisco-based Atomwise from Triplet Therapeutics, where he was general counsel and corporate secretary for nearly two years. Before that, he served as senior corporate counsel of securities at Moderna, where he led the company through its $604M IPO.
