San Francisco-based family safety platform Life360 Inc. has appointed Kirsten Daru as general counsel and chief privacy officer, following the recent close of the company’s $205 million acquisition of Tile, a company that produces app-led tracking devices, where she most recently served as general counsel.

In her new role, Daru leads all legal and government affairs across the company’s umbrella of offerings, including the Life360, Tile and Jiobit products.
