True Fit, a Boston-based tech firm that helps online shoppers find clothes and shoes that fit across dozens of big brands, from Asics and Carhartt to J. Crew and Ralph Lauren, has brought its longtime outside counsel in-house to serve as legal chief.

After more than 30 years in private practice, Tracy Gray split with Holland & Hart, where she was a partner in the firm’s Boulder, Colorado, office, to take her first-ever corporate counsel role at True Fit. She’s also the company’s first general counsel and sole in-house lawyer, though she plans to build the legal department.
