The COVID-19 pandemic has left many in-house legal chiefs managing their teams remotely, and some say it is not just different but challenging.
When the pandemic started, the initial, immediate concern was moving to a fully work-from-home environment, Elaine Mandelbaum, general counsel of the electronic trading platform Interactive Brokers, said in a panel discussion Monday titled "The In-House Lawyer Working Remotely: Ethical & Practical Considerations."
