Treasury Department veteran Jonathan Gould is joining the cryptocurrency mining company Bitfury as chief legal officer, a post that will reunite him with former boss Brian Brooks.
Gould served as senior deputy comptroller and chief counsel at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from 2018 to 2021, while Brooks was acting comptroller in 2020 and now serves as Bitfury CEO.
