ScienceLogic Inc., a provider of software for IT operations and cloud computing, has tapped Womble Bond Dickinson partner Todd Harris as chief legal officer and general counsel as the Reston, Virginia-based software company eyes "a potential public market debut."
As a technology transactions partner at Womble Bond Dickinson, Harris was ScienceLogic's outside legal counsel and negotiated most of the company's major deals, the company announced Tuesday.
