Former Penn State Health General Counsel Annemarie Martin-Boyan has taken the legal reins at the Johns Hopkins Health System, including the renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital, she announced on LinkedIn Tuesday.
Martin-Boyan will serve as vice president and general counsel of the not-for-profit hospital system and research organization. In addition to Johns Hopkins Hospital, the system includes five other hospitals and the largest physician group practice in Maryland.
