Commercial real estate data firm CoStar Group, which has been grappling with allegations of fostering a hostile workplace, has hired Gene Boxer, who most recently was general counsel of the insurer Sirius Group, as its new general counsel.
Boxer replaces Jeannette Koonce, who had served as interim general counsel since the departure of former general counsel Jaye Campbell last summer.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
