Marsh McLennan, the world's largest insurance broker, announced Friday that it is promoting longtime executive Katherine Brennan to be general counsel.
She succeeds Peter Beshar, whom President Joe Biden nominated in October to become general counsel of the Air Force. The U.S. Senate confirmed his nomination Thursday. He'd been general counsel since 2004.
