Franklin, Tennessee-based Nissan North America has announced major changes to its senior management team, including a new general counsel.
Jason Menges, previously director and assistant general counsel, will move up to VP and general counsel for North America, effective April 1. He'll report to Andrew Tavi, regional senior vice president for North America.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
