ACV, which has enjoyed a meteoric rise in the online used-car auction business, on Friday announced it has hired Leanne Fitzgerald as its first chief legal officer.
Fitzgerald comes to Buffalo, New York-based ACV from Cerence, a developer of AI software for automobiles. Before that, she held leadership roles at Nuance Communications, which develops AI for the health care industry, and EMC Corp., a software firm.
