United Natural Foods Inc., one of the nation's largest grocery wholesalers, has hired a senior McDonald's executive to serve as its general counsel.
Mahrukh Hussain will take the legal reins at UNFI in May. She is jumping to the Providence, Rhode Island-based company from Oak Brook, Illinois-based McDonald's, where she has worked for more than two decades, most recently as senior vice president and chief commercial and privacy officer.
