Global engineering company JGC Holdings Corp. has tapped one of its former in-house lawyers as its new legal chief.
Satoshi Kurata—who most recently was working for the consulting firm McKinsey & Co.—will be JGC’s new general counsel as well as an executive officer, according to a list of company leaders and a LinkedIn post the attorney published Friday.
