Compensation for heads of legal ops ranges from $100,000 to $400,000, according to Brightflag's recently released Corporate Legal Operations Survey, with pay highly correlated to legal department size.
The most senior legal ops professional in an organization makes an average of $193,000 in total compensation. Those in other legal ops roles make an average of $144,000, according to the survey from Brightflag, which sells artificial intelligence-powered legal ops platforms.
