Marketing and advertising giant Omnicom Group appointed Brian Clayton as chief data privacy officer. He joins from Xerox spinoff Conduent, where he was assistant general counsel, as well as chief compliance officer and chief privacy officer.

In addition to overseeing privacy for New York-based Omnicom, one of the world’s largest advertising and marketing firms, Clayton will be in charge of advising on regulatory compliance across the globe.
