Longtime Oracle Corp. general counsel Dorian Daley will retire in August, according to a Friday securities filing, which said she gave notice to the tech giant on Monday.

Daley, 63, has been executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Oracle since 2007. She joined the legal department at the software company in 1992, and has held various roles since, including associate general counsel, assistant secretary and vice president of legal.
