A former senior government official and ex-director for Koch Industries Inc. has taken up the reins of the legal department at enCore Energy Corp., as the company pushes to be the top uranium producer in the U.S. 

Gregory Zerzan began his new job as general counsel and chief administrative officer at the uranium mining company, which has a head office in Corpus Christi, Texas, on July 15, according to a Monday hiring announcement
