GE Current acquired Hubbell’s commercial and industrial lighting business for $350 million in a deal that closed in February. The publication Inside Lighting estimated GE Current’s revenue before the deal at $630 million. Hubbell’s commercial and industrial lighting business had revenue of $515 million.

The combined business provides intelligent lighting solutions to commercial and industrial facilities, cities, greenhouses and other specialty applications.
