L. Stanton Towne has retired as Savills’ North American executive vice president and general counsel after more than 14 years with the London-based real estate company. He is succeeded by James Repking, who joined the company in December as associate general counsel.

Repking will relocate to New York for the role and will provide strategic planning advice and guidance concerning legal matters and services for Savills, the company said, noting Repking’s appointment was effective Aug. 1.
