Ethic Inc. has hired diversity, equity and inclusion leader Genie Cesar-Fabian as the tech-driven asset management platform’s first-ever general counsel. 

Her new role at New York-based Ethic, which is focused on sustainable investing, marks the second time Cesar-Fabian has taken on the first-ever GC challenge. She most recently served as the first legal and compliance chief for Palladium Equity Partners, a minority-owned private equity buyout firm.
