Tesla Inc. legal chief David Searle has not split with the company, contrary to a report from Bloomberg, according to the electric vehicle maker, which has dismissed news of Searle’s departure as “false.”
“This Bloomberg article is false. David Searle has not left Tesla,” the company stated late Wednesday afternoon on Twitter.
