Technology Media and TelecomAnalytic Partners, which helps big companies assess the effectiveness of their marketing spending, has hired former WarnerMedia lawyer Luis Vacanti as its first general counsel.
Vacanti brings to Analytic more than 15 years of in-house experience, most recently at Wizeline, which helps companies develop digital products and bring them to market quickly, where he was deputy general counsel.
Prior to Wizeline, Vacanti spent five years at WarnerMedia, where he rose to vice president of business and legal affairs. Earlier, he spent five years in private practice, including at White & Case.
In a statement, Vacanti said Analytic Partners is experiencing significant growth with current and new customers.
"As an immigrant, Analytic Partners' commitment to diversity, including at the executive level, was very important to me. I'm looking forward to working with this well-established team and supporting the company's initiatives," said Vacanti, who is from Brazil.
The company, which launched in 2000, recently landed a major investment from the investment firm Onex Corp. Even before the infusion, the company had built its workforce to 270 employees spread across 14 offices across the globe. It deploys its technology in 55 countries.
"Analytic Partners is in an exciting new phase of scalable growth, with a corresponding increase in the complexity of our legal needs," Omar Dennis, the company's chief strategy officer, said in a statement.
"[Vacanti's] experience will be instrumental in ensuring we're prepared for change, and will support our continued work to drive innovation, deliver new customer solutions, and accelerate company growth for our customers."
